404 Celsius is seeking talented FOH Managers. As a Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of one of our popular dining destinations in Hogansville, GA. You will lead and manage a team of servers, bartenders, and hostesses to ensure that our guests receive excellent service, food, and atmosphere. Specific Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily Front of the House restaurant operations.
  • Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
  • Regularly review product quality and research new vendors.
  • Organize and supervise shifts.
  • Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
  • Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products.
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
  • Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it.
  • Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
  • Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses.
  • Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.
  • Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads).
  • Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
  • Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

  • Current food handler’s card and other certification as required by federal/state/local law.
  • 2+ years of restaurant manager or related leadership experience.
  • Familiar with point-of-sale computers and software.
  • Comfortable using a computer, navigating Windows, Microsoft Office, and Outlook Email.

  • Able to move items up to 50 pounds for distances of up to 25 feet.
  • Comfortable working in an environment that may experience significant temperature changes.
