We are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented individual to join our restaurant team as a Hostess. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, providing excellent service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere that will encourage guests to return.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and seat them in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service to guests at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Ensure guests have a positive dining experience.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED but not required
• One to three months of related experience and/or training in the hotel or restaurant industry (preferred).
• Food server experience (preferred).
• Ability to work long hours and stand for extended periods of time.
• Physical ability to exert up to 25 pounds of force occasionally and/or frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or move objects.

Working Conditions

• Be able to stand, twist, kneel and move around for the entirety of a scheduled shift
• Be able to lift up to 30lbs
• Be comfortable frequently using hands and wrists

Education/Experience

• High school graduate or equivalent (preferred) but not required
• Prior restaurant experience is a plus but not required

• Able to move items up to 20 pounds for distances of up to 25 feet.
• Comfortable working in an environment that may experience significant temperature changes.
