Position Title: Food Runner
Location: 404 Celsius, Senoia, GA
Employment Type: Part-Time / Full-Time (AM/PM Shifts)

As a Food Runner at 404 Celsius, you will be integral to our front-of-house operations, ensuring that food and beverages are delivered promptly and accurately to our guests. Your efficiency and attention to detail will help create a smooth dining experience, making you the vital link between the kitchen and the dining area. Key Responsibilities:

• Order Delivery:
• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area, ensuring timely and accurate service.
• Confirm that all orders are correct and meet presentation standards before serving to guests.
• Communication:
• Act as a liaison between the kitchen and front-of-house staff, relaying any special requests or dietary needs from guests.
• Communicate effectively with servers regarding the status of orders and any guest requests.
• Table Maintenance:
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables to maintain a clean and inviting dining environment.
• Monitor tables for guest needs, including refilling drinks and addressing any immediate requests.
• Support Kitchen Operations:
• Help with food prep and maintain cleanliness in the dining area and service stations as needed.
• Assist kitchen staff with stocking supplies and organizing the expo area.

Expectations:

• Efficiency: Deliver food and drinks promptly, especially during peak service times, to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in order delivery, confirming that dishes and drinks meet quality and presentation standards.
• Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with team members to create a positive dining experience and maintain a harmonious work environment.
• Adaptability: Be ready to respond to changing demands and guest needs throughout service.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience as a food runner, server, or in a similar role is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills to engage positively with guests and team members.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy trays, and navigate a busy restaurant environment.
• Eagerness to Learn: A willingness to learn about menu items, food preparation, and service standards.
