Position Title: Bartender
Location: 404 Celsius, Senoia, GA
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (AM/PM Shifts)

Overview:

As a Bartender at 404 Celsius, you will be the face of our bar, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and serving exceptional beverages to our guests. Your expertise in mixology and customer service will enhance our guests’ experience, making every visit memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Beverage Preparation:
• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, beers, and soft drinks.
• Craft signature cocktails according to restaurant recipes and seasonal specials.
• Maintain a well-stocked bar by monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.
• Customer Service:
• Greet guests warmly, take drink orders, and provide recommendations based on guests’ preferences.
• Ensure guests are satisfied with their drinks and address any concerns promptly.
• Create a friendly and engaging atmosphere, encouraging repeat business.
• Bar Maintenance:
• Keep the bar area clean and organized, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Clean glassware, bar tools, and equipment regularly to maintain high hygiene standards.
• Dispose of waste and ensure that all bar supplies are stocked and organized.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate drink orders and ensure timely service.
• Communicate effectively with team members to manage guest requests and special orders.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for drink specials and promotions.

• Quality and Consistency: Ensure all beverages are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Efficiency: Work quickly and efficiently during peak hours while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest drink trends, cocktail recipes, and menu offerings.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all alcohol service laws and regulations, including checking identification to verify legal drinking age.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred.
• Mixology Skills: Knowledge of various drink recipes, mixing techniques, and beverage presentation.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with guests.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and work in a fast-paced environment.
